Ok here we go: Location: it’s one street from the old Souk with all the cheep shops that much sells everything and it’s right on the corner of a round about from Hyatt regency hotel entrance, and since it’s a new hotel, it might be easier to tell your taxi or use the regency hotel as a landmark to reach the Adagio. Transportation: the green metro (Gold souk) station is literally less than a minute walk from the hotel. And you can always ask the hotel staff to help you get a taxi and if you rented a car, there is a basement parking available free of charge, and the first week of March, there would always be space when ever I come back to the hotel. The room: nice, clean and nicely spaced (1bd apartment). There is a small kitchen with toaster, drip coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. There are cooking and eating utensils, but bare in mind house keeping might make and clean your room, they won’t wash your dishes and glasses. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a queen size bed (check the attached pictures) The apartment adagio hotel is clean with attentive and responsive staff. I didn’t get to try the breakfast so won’t talk about it and strangely the main entrance is not well appointed, it looks like a back door with no available space in front of the door for taxies to stop and download passengers, yet it has a small space about 20 meters further back. Facilities: the roof contains a small gym with simple equipment and a mid size infinity pool, the pool is more of relaxing than actually swimming in it, there are about 10 chairs to use and the water is heated, which is necessary because it’s always windy on the roof and you can easily get chilly even in bright sun. Overall, the hotel is nice and suits a group or a family a lot. Will be using it again if ever I’m in the town with wife and kids. Hope this help you make your decision where to stay easier.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four and we liked it so much that we extended our stay. Overall, the hotel is great with an excellent area and a fantastic location. Special mention to Nirmala and Malik, who always asked if we needed anything and kept everything spotless. Gail at the reception was particularly wonderful—she's kind, friendly, always helpful, and she even speaks Korean, which was a big plus for us! Gail also told us about the loyalty program and helped us register. We have often stayed at your hotel chain, but no one had ever explained it to us in such detail before. Overall, the hotel is lovely, and the staff are truly your biggest asset. The eco-friendly touches like the water filter and eco-friendly amenities are also great features.

My kids loved this hotel. Highlights - big, clean, modern rooms with super views (we had a room on the 10th floor); the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. We had the Christmas Eve buffet and dinner on a couple of other nights and every time the food was good. The live music (from ex Indian Idol participant Areeb) made our dinners even more special - they even take requests and sing your favourite songs. The location was great with lots of good restaurants around the hotel, right next to Gold Souk Metro station and taxis easily available. The infinity swimming pool was a big hit with the kids - you get lovely views towards the ocean and Sharjah. Housekeeping was prompt at fulfilling our requests.

The location is great with the Gold Souk metro (get a Gold metro card), bus interchange & supermarket across the road. Also, walking distance to the Gold Souk, Grand Souk Deir, Spice Souk and the abra for travel across the creek to Bur Dubai to the Textile Souk and Al Fahidi historical district. The one bedroom apartments are spacious with 2 TV & some good english TV stations. We tried the KP Chai eatery downstairs (not the inhouse restaurant) & found it good with a reasonable price. Papa Johns Pizza is close by and was good. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on including my own bed at home. The reception staff were very helpful, attentive & good at problem solving especially Gail.

Amazing hotel! Great value for money. The room was spacious, fully equipped with everything that you can wish for including a washer-drier, fridge, 2 TVs, micro-wave and stove. The bathroom was large and pampering. Room was really spacious and felt like a family apartment and had a balcony where we relaxed in the morning and evening. The room was also beautifully decorated and equipped with amazing lighting and decor, a wardrobe and a desk. Lastly, the proximity to the metro - a one-minute walk - was a game changer for the entire vacation! Service was also excellent and prompt.
